Dolan Dobrinsky Rosenblum Bluestein, LLP is pleased to announce that Partner, Eric Bluestein, has been sworn in as President of the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association (“MDTLA”).
The Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association and its members are dedicated to the pursuit of justice, individual rights, access to courts, education, and trial advocacy. Their mission is to actively protect the rights, health, and economic security of every citizen threatened by the malicious, careless, or criminal behavior of those who seek to escape responsibility for their conduct.
Bluestein concentrates his practice in personal injury, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, consumer fraud, premises liability, wrongful death litigation, insurance bad faith and commercial litigation. He has tried numerous cases and obtained verdicts and settlements which have resulted in millions of dollars for his clients.
He is a Past President of the Dade County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section. Bluestein has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America© for Personal Injury Litigation and Medical Malpractice Law, Florida Trend Magazine Florida Legal Elite™, Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star and as an Up & Comer by South Florida Legal Guide.
Bluestein was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. While attending the University of Miami, Eric received the CALI Excellence For The Future Award for having the highest grade in his Fourth Amendment Seminar class, and also the American Society of Law, Medicine & Ethics Award for finishing at the top of his Law & Medicine class. He received his undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where he majored in English and minored in Business. During his senior year at Muhlenberg, Eric was named to the Who’s Who Among Students In American Universities & Colleges and received The George H. Hambrecht Law School Award, recognizing him as a student who had achieved outstanding grades in pre-law courses.
