Dolan Dobrinsky Rosenblum Bluestein, LLP is pleased to announce that co-founding partner Daniel D. Dolan II has been recognized by his peers in The Best Lawyers in America® 2023 edition for outstanding attorneys in the areas of Medical Malpractice Law – Plaintiffs, Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs, and Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs.
This year’s results were determined using more than 12.2 million confidential evaluations by top attorneys. It is exclusively these attorneys who selected this year’s honorees, which makes recognition in the 29th edition of The Best Lawyers in America® a true reflection of talent in the industry. These peer-reviewed recognitions were bestowed to only 71,437 lawyers this year representing only the top 5.3% of elite lawyers in the nation across 150 practice areas.
Dan focuses his practice on civil trials, with an emphasis on representing the catastrophically injured and the families of those suffering from the loss of preventable deaths. He provides strategically aggressive advocacy for clients seeking justice due to motor vehicle accidents, landowner liability, inadequate security, medical and hospital negligence, and prescription drug errors.
Dan is actively involved with his law school alma mater, St. Thomas University, where he serves on the university’s Board of Trustees and is Chairman of College of law Board of Advisors. He is a past-president of the Miami Dade County Trial Lawyers Association and currently serves as Secretary of the Miami Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
